• 175K+ | Full Benefits + Per Diem (Travel Projects) Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role leads medium voltage electrical construction on large-scale, mission-critical projects including data centers, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing plants across the United States.

You will oversee field operations, direct crews, and ensure the safe, high-quality execution of complex electrical systems on high-profile, fast-paced industrial builds. Travel is required for project assignments, with per diem and travel support provided while on the road. What You'll Do Supervise and lead electrical crews installing medium voltage systems (5kV-35kV) Oversee electrical construction on data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities Ensure all work meets NEC code, project specifications, safety standards, and schedule requirements Coordinate daily field operations, manpower planning, and material logistics Maintain strict safety compliance and quality control across all work Track project progress, prepare daily reports, and support scheduling efforts Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and utility teams What We're Looking For 5+ years of electrical construction and field supervision experience Strong background in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or data center projects Proven ability to lead crews and drive field productivity Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and logistics Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Willingness to travel for project-based assignments nationwide What You Get $120K
