In this dynamic role, you will lead installation teams, ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, installation, and project bidding will drive successful project execution from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols. Manage daily work activities and employee schedules using construction management software. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately. Oversee quality control measures and ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and company policies. Manage project documentation including sale orders and progress reports; communicate effectively with project managers and clients. Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing guidance on safety practices, technical procedures, and project expectations. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in window and door installation. Demonstrated supervising experience in construction or installation environments with excellent management skills. Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control procedures. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to read technical documents and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
