This role is responsible for coordinating field activities between contractors, engineering teams, general contractors, and multiple trades to ensure construction work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The Superintendent will play a key role in managing construction progress, resolving field issues, coordinating materials and logistics, and supporting overall project execution. The ideal candidate will have previous construction management or field supervision experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-trade construction activities. Experience in semiconductor, water treatment, piping, equipment move-in, steel installation, or cleanroom/MEP environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily field construction activities, site logistics, contractor communication, and construction sequencing. Communicate with contractors regarding construction specifications, RFP requirements, delivery schedules, quality expectations, and project standards. Work closely with engineering teams to monitor construction progress and help resolve field or construction-related issues. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and multiple trade teams to manage site workflow, space planning, construction sequence, and potential field conflicts. Participate in construction meetings and provide progress updates to the engineering and project teams. Support material management, delivery coordination, logistics planning, and quality verification to meet client and company requirements. Monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed according to schedule, quality standards, design requirements, and applicable code expectations. Assist with identifying construction issues, field clashes, schedule concerns, and coordination gaps that may impact project execution. Maintain awareness of site safety requirements and support safe construction practices in the field. Communicate clearly with contractors and project stakeholders regarding schedule updates, quality compliance, and construction expectations. Required Qualifications Previous construction management, field supervision, foreman, superintendent, or related construction leadership experience. Experience coordinating construction site activities, field teams, contractors, or multi-trade work. Ability to manage construction schedules, quality expectations, site logistics, and field communication. Strong understanding of construction site requirements, construction sequencing, and basic safety practices. Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate around construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Revit 3D or CAD drawings. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry experience. Water treatment, UPW, cleanroom, MEP, or high-tech construction project experience. Experience with piping installation, equipment move-in, steel installation, or facility construction. Experience coordinating construction sequence with multiple trades. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills in a field construction environment.
