Job Summary Our Heavy Civil Construction Superintendents oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role supervises crews, enforces company policies and safety standards, and ensures work meets quality requirements. Requires strong leadership, extensive heavy civil construction experience, and in-depth knowledge of methods, equipment, and safety protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and compliance with regulations Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily on-site activities to ensure quality and efficiency Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly Oversee equipment, materials, and labor while coordinating with procurement and logistics Resolve project challenges and conflicts to keep work on track Provide progress updates, maintain documentation, and report to senior management Please note: This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all duties, responsibilities, or activities required of the employee.
