DSW Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results‑driven Residential Construction Superintendent to support our growing residential construction portfolio. This is a full‑time, in‑person position that requires regular travel to multiple residential job sites within the surrounding region. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing residential rehabilitation and new construction projects in a scattered‑lot environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage residential rehabilitation and new construction projects from pre‑construction through completion Travel regularly to job sites to monitor progress, conduct inspections, and coordinate field activities Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to support timely delivery Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare progress and status reports Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Promote job site safety by enforcing safety standards and addressing hazards promptly Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans, applicable codes, and company standards Read, interpret, and implement architectural and engineered plans and specifications Oversee punch list development and completion Work directly with homeowners to address concerns and maintain positive relationships Assist with permit applications, inspections, and regulatory compliance Support the Program Manager with additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, rehabilitation, and/or new home construction Must reside in Los Angeles County and be available for approximately 25% local travel Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction and engineered plans Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn firm‑specific software Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project demands Preferred Qualifications College coursework or degree in Construction Management or a related field Experience managing projects in a scattered‑lot environment Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic considerations.
