Candidates must have a successful track record completing open-store remodels, Tenant Improvements, and renovations. This is a travel-based position with assignments that are within the West coast markets depending on project location and permitting approvals.

What You'll Do:

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Develop, update, and maintain project schedules Supervise subcontractors and enforce performance standards Maintain safety compliance and promote a clean job site Coordinate materials, trades, and inspections Monitor budget, progress, and quality control Manage phasing and logistics for open-store remodels

Qualifications:

2+ years as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Ability to travel regionally for projects Strong field communication and coordination skills Able to manage fast-paced builds to completion Comfortable reading and interpreting construction plans/specs
