Job Description
Position Summary:
The Drywall Stocking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the drywall stocking department. This role includes supervising associates, coordinating deliveries with customers and vendors, ensuring efficient job-site operations, and promoting a culture centered on safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of approximately 20-35 associates. Coordinate job-site deliveries with customers, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), vendors, and field associates to ensure timely and efficient service. Accurately calculate and apply stocking charges to customer orders. Prepare stocking and labor bids for upcoming projects in collaboration with the sales team. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping for associates. Conduct regular job-site visits to ensure safe work practices, productivity, and compliance with company standards. Support compliance efforts related to prevailing wage and certified payroll projects. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies, procedures, and applicable legal regulations. Report all accidents involving personnel, drivers, or company equipment promptly and accurately. Inspect trucks and trailers to ensure safe operating conditions and regulatory compliance.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Experience in construction, building materials, or job-site stocking preferred. Valid driver's license required. Clean three-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requiredCore Competencies:

Frequent driving to and from jobsites. Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25-50 lbs. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.Required Cognitive Skills:
Must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlines. Must be able to manage stress depending on customer's deadline. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to receive information and directions.
