Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish. This role combines field supervision and project management to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to read plans, with hands-on experience in shoring, concrete decks, and foundations. Duties Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, and execution Manage daily site operations, supervising crews, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 or similar) Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage contracts and change orders Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications Ensure quality control and compliance with OSHA safety standards Use tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid for project tracking and communication Prepare project reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Experience Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (heavy civil preferred) Strong knowledge of site operations, including plan reading, shoring, concrete deck, and foundation work Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or similar) Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Solid understanding of budgeting, contracts, and scope management OSHA certification preferred Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay:

$70,000.00
