Duties Assist with daily site operations, including organizing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure seamless workflow Support site supervisors and managers in coordinating subcontractors and team members on-site Conduct routine inspections to verify safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards Help with blueprint reading, schematics review, and ensuring construction activities align with project plans Manage and document project progress using tools like Bluebeam for digital markup and reporting Support the setup and breakdown of construction areas, including scaffolding, barricades, and safety signage Assist with the operation of heavy equipment and power tools under supervision when necessary Aid in quality control tasks such as concrete finishing, masonry work, or drywall installation as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards related to plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, or other specialized trades Qualifications Prior experience in construction site environments or related internships preferred but not required Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam or similar digital tools Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is a plus Understanding of construction safety protocols and inspection procedures Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, tiling, plastering, or restoration is advantageous Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and subcontractors Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Physical stamina to perform manual tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us as a Construction Site Assistant and be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
