Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through effective planning, communication, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Join us to oversee diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project requirements and specifications. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and site inspections, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid analysis, and contract negotiations. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera to track project milestones, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders. Facilitate problem-solving on-site issues promptly while maintaining a focus on project goals. Support project team members with time management strategies to optimize productivity across multiple projects. Skills Proven experience in construction management with strong knowledge of project scheduling and site coordination. Proficiency in industry-standard software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Solid understanding of contracts, construction estimating processes, and cost control measures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Hands-on experience in construction site operations combined with a thorough understanding of safety regulations. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently through effective time management practices. $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
