Abilities Organize and implement a variety of extra-curricular activities for students. Encourage active involvement and investment of students, schools, volunteers, and the community. Requires the ability to oversee students and adults and utilize problem-solving processes with individuals, or small groups. Physical Abilities Requires the ability to actively monitor and engage with students both indoors and outdoors. Requires near visual acuity to read and write printed materials and computer screens. Requires hearing and speech ability for ordinary and telephonic conversation, speaking to small groups of children, and hearing sound prompts from equipment. Requires the ability to move about school facilities and school-sponsored events without difficulty. Requires basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsing, Microsoft Word, and other programs/software that help facilitate projects/activities for the students.
