This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to support rapid company expansion. Launched last year and scaling quickly toward ambitious revenue goals, they are looking for a motivated professional with strong residential reconstruction expertise and insurance claim knowledge to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong restoration brand in the Orange County market.Requirements:
Well-established and fast-growing restoration company focused primarily on residential reconstruction with a small amount of commercial work. Full-time, on-site role managing residential reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion. Manage projects ranging from $5K-$2M+ while ensuring timelines, budgets, and profitability targets are met. Work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners; create scopes, manage budgets, oversee crews and subcontractors, and handle documentation and jobsite visits. Territory covers Orange County and surrounding areas; company vehicle provided. Requires 5+ years of residential reconstruction experience with strong insurance claim knowledge and homeowner-facing communication skills. Experience overseeing crews and coordinating subcontractors. Office computer time combined with jobsite visits and customer-facing responsibilities.Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred. Ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident in client-facing settings, and comfortable working with insurance companies. Strong construction management background preferred.Benefits:
