Our prestigious General Contracting firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to be involved in high-end single-family home projects in sought-after areas of Los Angeles. Your Role and Responsibilities As a key member of our team, the Project Manager will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your primary duties will include:
On-Site Leadership:
Directing on-site project management and/or site supervision to ensure seamless workflow and quality control.
Team Coordination:
Facilitating clear communication and coordination between the Owner, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and other project team members.
Technical Oversight:
Reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Project Planning:
Drafting detailed scopes of work and creating, maintaining, and adjusting project schedules to meet deadlines.
Financial Management:
Carefully reviewing subcontractor proposals and client change orders.
Documentation:
Drafting and sending Requests for Information (RFIs) and meticulously managing all project documents and correspondence. Qualifications for the Role We are looking for a candidate who is ready to excel and grow with our company.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in single-family home construction is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and creating Gantt chart schedules is required.
