Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager and field teams in planning, coordinating, and executing public works construction projects. Candidates with experience in DSA?regulated projects , Design?

Build delivery , or publicly funded construction will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control in compliance with DSA and public works requirements Collaborate with architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and school district representatives Participate in design coordination meetings for Design?

Build projects Ensure project documentation meets DSA standards, including field reports, inspections, and closeout packages Assist with procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and contract administration Monitor jobsite progress and support field teams with timely information and resources Promote and uphold company safety standards and quality expectations Contribute to a positive, solutions?oriented project culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 2-5 years of experience in commercial or public works construction Experience with DSA , Design?
