Must have minimum of 5 years experience Duties Inspecting job tasks including : plumbing , framing , electrical, finish carpentry, kitchen, bathroom Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Daily materials purchases , order materials base on timelines , assurance of materials ordering base on size, quantity and qualities. Making tools and materials as well as right workers with correct tools ready to start before start the day. Conduct regular site inspections for tasks and workers Understanding the scope of the work and change of orders. Effective Workers scheduling Being on top of clients daily questions and inquiries Experience Proven experience in construction project Strong knowledge of Plumbing , framing, electrical , kitchen and bathroom and finish carpentry . Demonstrated ability in project coordination and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problems solving with daily challenges
