The office is located in Concord, CA, with travel as needed. Environmental Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee the handoff meeting from estimator to project manager. Review scope and budget of the project. Manage the project critical path and lead the team to successfully complete the project. Create and maintain project schedules in MS Project. Tracks P&L performance and costs. Detect and mange change conditions. Manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Weekly progress meetings with clients. Project submittal creation for client approval. Find any project discrepancies. Submit RFI's to client. Manage compliance with safety protocols to ensure project safety. Follow Quality Control Plan(s). Environmental Construction Project Manager Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental construction project management
HAZWOPER
certification Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Degree in Engineering (preferred) Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel Compensation & Benefits $120k
