Construction Superintendent

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support construction of a 6.25 MW backup power generation plant for a military site.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site leadership and supervision of subcontractors Direct all field and construction management activities Manage the QA/QC program and enforce the project Quality Control Plan Coordinate schedules, logistics, and sequencing of work Interface with project managers, government reps, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with federal construction standards and safety rules Track progress, productivity, and reporting Maintain contract, submittal, and documentation compliance

Qualifications:

5+ years experience of experience as a Construction Superintendent Federal construction experience (USACE / NAVFAC preferred) OSHA 30 certification Strong knowledge of QA/QC, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Experience with Procore or similar construction management software

Compensation Package:

Salary Range:

100k-130k +
