Job Description Oversee daily operations and management of water and wastewater construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on all job sites. Train and mentor field staff to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure thorough understanding and alignment. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns as needed.   • Water/ Wastewater Projects should have: Proven experience managing water and wastewater construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
