  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic construction management team as a Foreman/Supervisor of underground utilities, where you will lead and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, supervise skilled teams, and manage project schedules while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and budget constraints. Your expertise will drive project success from inception to completion, fostering a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain productivity and safety standards across all phases of construction. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite work effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations (OSHA), and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, change orders, safety reports, and site inspections for transparency and accountability. Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all personnel. Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track for timely completion. Requirements Proven experience in construction management and underground utilities with a strong background in supervising teams on active job sites. Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. Ability to read technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics accurately. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members. Construction site experience with underground utilities demonstrating knowledge of heavy equipment operation and site logistics management.
