Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the key leader on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to all specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is experienced in construction management, skilled in project scheduling, and capable of supervising diverse teams while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed in compliance with OSHA standards. Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to keep projects on track. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities and verify work quality. Monitor project budgets, perform cost estimations using HeavyBid or similar tools, and control expenses to prevent overruns. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets all safety, design, and contractual standards. Collaborate with project managers on contract management, change orders, and procurement processes involving contracts and procurement documents. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Hands-on experience with construction site safety regulations including OSHA compliance. Understanding of City/County Permit & Inspection Process Supervising experience with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in using tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections is a plus.
