BLISS YOUR ROLE

(Leadership + Operations + Sales): As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team. Lead, coach, and motivate team members. Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train on product knowledge. Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site. Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations. Step in and lead the site in the Manager's absence. Identify issues quickly and take action. Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.) Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred. Strong communication and team-building skills. Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards. Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style. Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations. Team player.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Fast-paced and active environment. Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
