Full Job Description Position Summary:
The EEP Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students in the Extended Education Program. This position supports the day-to-day operations of before-school, after-school, and enrichment programs while building strong relationships with students, families, and staff. The Coordinator ensures that programming runs smoothly and reflects the school's commitment to care, collaboration, and community.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily flow of the Extended Education Program, helping create a positive and supportive experience for all students Coordinate staff schedules, time-off requests, and coverage to ensure consistency and reliability for students and families Support payroll processes and prepare EEP billing reports for submission to administrative staff Partner closely with school office staff to maintain clear communication and seamless program operations Train, support, and provide feedback to EEP staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment Guide and assist staff with daily responsibilities such as snack preparation, activity setup, lesson planning, and clean-up Step in as needed to provide coverage and maintain a steady, supportive presence for students Build strong, trusting relationships with families by responding thoughtfully and promptly to questions and concerns Encourage a warm, inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe, engaged, and valued Support the planning and implementation of enriching, age-appropriate activities that reflect student interests Help ensure a safe environment by following school policies and procedures Contribute to the overall success of the program and school community through flexibility and teamwork BA or BS with some experience is preferredSimilar remote jobs
