In this pivotal role, you will be the on-site leader responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and site supervision will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects while fostering a collaborative team environment. Duties Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards and best practices. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain workflow efficiency. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify work aligns with project specifications. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing effective cost control measures. Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure work meets all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Document management, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and tracking project progress. Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications with clients and subcontractors to minimize delays or disputes. Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates clearly to stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ensure proper use of construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for accurate cost forecasting and resource allocation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in supervising teams on heavy civil or commercial projects. Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera is essential. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques including critical path method (CPM) scheduling. Strong understanding of contracts, scope of work, blueprints reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience with safety standards including OSHA regulations; ability to enforce safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Supervisory experience supervising diverse teams across multiple trades; excellent management skills are a must. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients ( ), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
