How You Will Make an Impact Direct the entire project lifecycle from initial RFP solicitation through final closeout with total autonomy. Formulate winning bids and technical proposals for high-stakes technology, medical, and R D facilities. Execute complex commercial builds while navigating the ambiguity of an evolving startup environment. Strengthen client relationships through confident, professional representation and transparent communication. Manage project logistics and team dynamics to ensure all site operations meet rigorous quality standards. Cultivate new business opportunities to directly influence the long-term growth and scaling of the company. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of project management experience specifically within technology, medical, or R D sectors. Proven track record as a "seller-doer" capable of bidding and running projects with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and operate effectively in environments where systems are still being built. Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a high degree of professional confidence. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience in with start to finish commercial construction or high-tech facility projects and renovations. Strong local network within the Pleasanton or Bay Area commercial real estate and construction industry. Advanced proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
