We are seeking a dependable and flexible individual to join our team as Camp Site Support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist in a variety of tasks throughout the day. Camp Site Support staff help ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with student supervision, transitions, setup, and general site needs. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Richmond, CA Key Responsibilities:

Support arrival, dismissal, and transitions throughout the day Monitor student safety during non-instructional times (breakfast, lunch, recess) Assist with classroom coverage as needed Help with setup, cleanup, and material distribution Support behavior management across campus Assist Site Lead with logistics and daily needs

Qualifications:

Experience working with youth (preferred) Strong reliability and willingness to support where needed Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to be flexible and responsive
