Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Fullerton, California area office. Reasons You'll Love Working for This Company Base salary is between $106,000 and $150,000 ESOP + 100% employee medical paid by company Our client thrives on a family type environment where they're always striving to provide better opportunities for their employees and their families Leadership at this company takes a hands-on approach, but still allows their employees to make key decisions This company has over 30 years of electrical construction experience Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all resources required for project (materials, related paperwork, support personnel, etc) Manage customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and long-term relations with company Meet project deadlines Determine and manage project schedule, schedule of values, closeout documents, as-build red lines, and cost and complete documents Responsible for all material quoting and procurement including issuing purchase orders Attend customer and construction coordination meetings Visit construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawing review, attending construction site meetings, reviewing RFIs, preparing ASIs, PRs, and status reports per the contract documents Skills & Requirements Must be local to Fullerton, CA Minimum of 3+ years' experience managing electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor Experience managing electrical commercial and multi-family Must have stable work history Experience using accounting/job costing software, such as ComputerEase Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but Not Necessary Bachelor's degree #BASE1
