The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing single-family and/or multi-family residential builds, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of residential construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, and project closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of homes. Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, track costs, and control expenses. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to ownership and stakeholders. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Manage permits, inspections, and occupancy requirements. Identify and solve construction challenges proactively to minimize delays. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal agencies. Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, preferably custom homes, production homes, or multi-family residential developments. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, building systems, and permitting processes. Proven experience managing multiple home construction projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
