We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success through effective management of resources, schedules, and teams, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape large-scale construction initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements Oversee construction site activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans; address issues proactively to minimize disruptions Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for internal teams and clients Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale sites and resedential. Proficiency in city building and planning departments portals. Extensive knowledge of engineering plans readings and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and contracts management processes Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics effectively Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders Preferred qualifications include experience with scheduling software; familiarity with Heavy Bid for cost estimation; knowledge of construction site safety regulations; and prior experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial projects.
