About Allied Allied Restoration is a premier insurance restoration contractor serving luxury residential clients, high-net-worth individuals, and celebrities throughout Southern California. We specialize in fire, water, mold, and emergency mitigation — and we treat every project with the urgency, discretion, and precision our clients expect. The Role The Operations Coordinator is the operational hub of our Laguna Niguel location. You keep projects moving, clients informed, and the team organized — from first call through project close. You'll also serve as the local administrator across facilities, HR, safety, procurement, and marketing support. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail and professional communication are non-negotiable. What You'll Own Scheduling & Dispatch
  • Manage and publish the daily schedule in coordination with the Site Leader; coordinate inspections, emergency responses, and technician appointments Project Administration
  • Handle job setup, work authorizations, file coordination, and timeline tracking across active projects Site Operations
  • Oversee facilities, office upkeep, fleet coordination, and vendor management Administrative & Compliance
  • Maintain HR, safety, and operations records in accordance with company standards Local Outreach
  • Deliver marketing materials and support relationship maintenance with local referral partners What We're Looking For 1-2 years of restoration, construction, or field operations coordination experience preferred Sharp communicator
  • polished phone and email presence Organized and self-directed; you don't need to be chased
Tech-literate:
calendars, email, and project management tools Team-first mindset with a high standard for follow-through This is a new and growing location. We need a utility player with a strong ownership mindset

Work Location Full-time, in-person in Laguna Niguel. Initial onboarding includes up to 3 days of training at our West Covina HQ, with 1-2 visits per year for company meetings or training.
