Now, we're looking for a Project Manager who's ready to help us build that future. About the Role As a Project Manager at Lancon Design & Development, you'll be the bridge between clients, crews, and vendors — keeping projects running smoothly, on time, and on budget. You'll manage 3-5 active projects at a time, oversee subcontractors and in-house crews, coordinate materials and equipment ( company truck provided ), and ensure every install meets (or beats) expectations. We're looking for someone who's as comfortable walking a job site as they are talking with a homeowner — a natural problem-solver who leads by example and takes pride in turning great plans into beautiful finished products. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction projects (pavers, concrete, turf, pergolas, wall and more...) from start to finish Coordinate schedules, materials, in-house crews, and subcontractors through CRM Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout each project Track budgets, timelines, and profitability across $3M
  • 5M in annual project volume Build and manage field crews, promoting a clean, professional jobsite culture Collaborate with ownership and leadership to improve systems, standards, and client experience What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in construction project management (residential preferred) Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and specs Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with project management tools ( JobTread experience is a plus) Comfortable balancing field work and office time — you'll be doing both Reliable transportation and valid driver's license What You'll Love About Working Here A laid-back, team-oriented culture that values craftsmanship and accountability Direct collaboration with ownership — your voice actually matters here Opportunity to build new crews and shape company standards Competitive pay, growth potential, and a long-term home for the right fit Company truck and gas card provided for work-related travel We take pride in doing things right — for our clients, our crews, and our community We're moving fast — if this sounds like the kind of company you want to grow with, let's talk.
