Job Description

Project coordination and execution Assist with the creation and execution of project plans and schedules. Coordinate project activities and tasks, including assigning duties to staff as needed. Track project progress and ensure it stays on schedule. Monitor project performance and identify potential issues or risks. Assist with project closeout activities. Communication and reporting Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather information and provide updates. Prepare project status reports and presentations. Help maintain positive client relationships and address any concerns. Schedule and manage meetings, calendars, and other communications. Administrative and financial support Perform administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing invoices and estimates. Assist with managing and maintaining the project budget and spending. Help with resource allocation and management. Problem-solving and process improvement Consult with project managers and other stakeholders to solve problems as they arise. Research information needed for the project. Identify areas for improvement in project processes and recommend solutions.
