Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager (PM) to oversee multiple high-end residential projects from start to finish. This role involves full project ownership, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication. Our ideal candidate is savvy, polished, and comfortable interfacing with sophisticated clients , architects, and design teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously. Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Communicate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, and clients. Estimate project costs and prepare detailed budgets based on drawings and specifications. Bid projects to subcontractors and vendors; negotiate and issue subcontracts and purchase orders. Draft and manage change orders and project RFIs. Maintain project budgets, schedules, and schedule of values. Oversee invoicing, billing, and cost tracking in coordination with internal accounting.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of construction project management experience, ideally in high-end residential work. Strong client management skills, especially working with discerning, sophisticated homeowners. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Deep passion for architecture, design, and craftsmanship .
