We're hiring an HVAC Commercial Foreman in North Hollywood, CA, where you'll lead hands-on commercial HVAC projects, collaborate closely with general contractors, and help keep work on schedule, on budget, and done right. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Commercial Foreman position include: Supervise HVAC installers and laborers Plan, lead, organize, control, and perform commercial HVAC installations Review blueprints and job specifications; suggest changes when necessary Ensure weekly time cards are submitted, conduct weekly safety tailgate meetings, and complete monthly safety sheets Participate in project site meetings and final project walkthroughs Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to HVAC crews Ensure safety, budget, job quality, and timely project completion Coordinate with superintendents on scheduling and manpower; resolve material delivery issues
Salary:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
