Spearhead client site scaling from talent acquisition to full operational staffing with a startup mentality.

Client Collaboration:

Establish efficient workflows and performance metrics with client stakeholders.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily HR operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Employee Relations:

Resolve staffing issues, conduct performance evaluations, and foster employee engagement.

Continuous Improvement:

Leverage data to inform recruitment outcomes and stay updated on industry trends.
