Job Description

Overview Manage, review, and schedule production and installation of client projects. This includes estimating, project management, implementation and quality control to the final walk-through. Applicant must have strong working field knowledge with experience in constructing gardens and landscape features. Must have experience supervising and disciplining crew on matters regarding safety, tools, clientele and quality of work. Must manage communication with client and be point liaison for client and design build. Manage Production/Installation
  • Schedule and manage projects, updating production schedule as needed
  • Manage crews, overseeing and maintaining a high level of quality control and increasing productivity
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired when required
  • Handle ordering and delivery of project materials
  • Conduct safety tailgate meetings, maintaining crew compliance with safety policies and regulations
  • Oversee project budget and line item tracking General assistance with operations
  • Assist with scheduling projects, client presentations, delivery timeline, customer follow ups, and client site visits
  • Liaise with general manager in project progress, approval for overtime, credit card purchases, personal vehicle use for work purposes, any finance related change or activity, signed change orders with clients
  • Assist with employee performance reviews
  • Opening and closing checklists
  • Liaison for continual client relationship for maintenance after construction close
  • Assist with bidding projects and design input Position Statistics Positive crew management Equipment maintenance Overall production/installation management Manage safety and compliance Encourage and create new business by attending mixers and group marketing efforts Landscape training modules for crew Execute employee reviews Looking for long term employee who is hard working and a dedicated individual with ownership mentality Position is salaried with future eligibility for profit sharing and other benefits Must have a drivers license with clean driving record Must be computer literate
