Project Manager - School Construction

In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the modular building/school construction industry. Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation Work with architect submitting/obtaining DSA approvals Generate estimates and change order requests Ability to generate and review submittals, Requests for Information (RFI's), closeouts, project scheduling Purchasing - ensure material orders meet production schedules Requirement Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry Modular Building Construction; School Construction a plus Familiarity with CAD, Revit, MS Office, MS Project or Bluebeam The role is direct hire with full benefits Onsite Manteca CA Pay range $75,000 - $95,000 #VIS
