Foreman JCC Construction & Structural Inc Martinez, CA Job Details Contract $30 - $50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Heavy equipment operation English Supervising experience Attention to detail Woodworking Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and manage field crews on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with retaining walls, concrete foundations, grading coordination, and general carpentry. This person must be capable of running a crew efficiently, maintaining jobsite safety, coordinating materials and schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Duties Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations. Preform hands on work alongside crew members Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans. Oversee quality control measures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow across the pipeline of construction activities. Conduct on-site supervision of construction activities, including site safety inspections and supervising personnel to meet project milestones. Ensure all work aligns with client specifications, schematics, and project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience 3+ years of construction experience preferred Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Demonstrated supervising experience on active construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for diverse construction disciplines. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols applicable to heavy civil or infrastructure projects. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Construction site experience combined with excellent management skills will enable you to lead teams effectively while ensuring project success.

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
