This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating between clients, designers, vendors, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules
• Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Production Coordination
• Schedule and manage field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across projects
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed Procurement & Supply Chain
• Manage ordering and delivery of materials (plants, hardscape, irrigation, etc.)
• Ensure materials are available when needed to avoid delays Vendor & Subcontractor Management
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors
• Ensure quality and performance standards are met Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently Budget & Cost Control
• Track project budgets, costs, and profitability
• Manage change orders and cost adjustments
• Ensure projects meet financial targets Team Collaboration
• Work closely with designers and architects to execute project vision
• Provide feedback to improve design and construction efficiency Qualifications
• 3+ years of project management experience in landscape construction or similar field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site logistics
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Monday, or similar is a plus) What We Offer
