Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Foreman to lead and oversee the successful execution of solar energy projects from start to finish. As a key leader on our construction sites, you will coordinate teams, manage daily operations, and ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to safety standards, quality expectations, and schedule requirements. Your expertise in construction management, site supervision, and technical skills will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the new arm of Layman Electric Responsibilities Lead crews and run projects towards interconnection. Know A/C and D/C electrical Support project management in budgeting efforts by tracking labor hours, material usage, and equipment needs; assist in managing project costs effectively. Reads plans well and understands full scope with Solar and Bess construction. -Majority of projects are prevailing wage and are subject to those wages.
