Full Job Description Job Title:
Construction Manager / Superintendent We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager / Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working both in the field and in a managerial capacity, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site supervision and actively participate in day-to-day construction activities
  • Prepare, review, and manage change orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate project invoicing by compiling and submitting billing amounts to the office
  • Estimate project costs, materials, and labor requirements
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, office staff, and company leadership
  • Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and quality control standards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and cost estimation
  • Hands-on experience in the field with the ability to lead by example
  • Experience preparing change orders and managing project billing workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in email and basic digital communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Compensation:
  • Salary starting between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on production and experience
  • Potential for performance-based bonuses
