In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards. Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow across all project phases. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to understand project scope and technical requirements. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and resources. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and daily reports. Monitor project budgets and timelines diligently; implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of work performed. Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, resources, and communication among all stakeholders. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D models, and other technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by reviewing contracts thoroughly and managing change orders efficiently. Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols during all phases of construction work. Requirements Current experience managing projects with 12-20 week construction schedules in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically four or more active projects at one time within the past year. Recent experience in corporate interiors / tenant improvement, including coordination of millwork, furniture integration, lighting design, and architectural finishes. Up to Date understanding of standard building codes, city permitting processes, and construction documentation requirements. Current experience working with corporate tenants, ownership groups, designers, and brokers, with a strong emphasis on communication and client relationship management. Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects; at least several years of site supervision or project management experience preferred. Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6; familiarity with construction estimating software is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar platforms for document control and project tracking. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction site safety practices. Skilled in using Civil 3D for civil design coordination; experience with Project scheduling methodologies is essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for coordinating teams across multiple disciplines; capable of resolving conflicts professionally. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for precise execution of work plans. Familiarity with project management principles including scope development, risk assessment, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
