The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills who can manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, uphold safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job site. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners. Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays. Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or in a similar leadership role. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Ability to lead teams and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors and clients. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Valid driver's license.
