This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for ground-up and multifamily apartment projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can manage subcontractors, coordinate inspections, maintain schedules, and serve as the primary on-site point of contact from project start through close-out. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site construction activities for ground-up and apartment projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure proper sequencing of work
• Maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager and proactively address delays
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA regulations, including conducting safety meetings and inspections
• Coordinate and attend city, county, and third-party inspections
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation
• Monitor quality control across all trades and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and security
• Lead punch walks and oversee punch list completion Experience & Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or apartment projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, inspections, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Procore software is strongly preferred. Required Skills & Abilities
