Job Description
Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Supervisor supports the Site Supervisor in the daily operations of a parking facility, including valet services, enforcement, equipment functionality, and staff coordination. This role ensures smooth operations and excellent customer service while assisting with administrative and operational tasks. The Assistant Site Supervisor acts as a liaison between frontline staff and management, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient parking environment.Duties:
Support the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily parking operations and staff performance. Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company policies and procedures. Help monitor staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints. Conduct routine inspections of the facility for cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality. Report on operational issues, incidents, or staff concerns to the Site Supervisor or Area Manager. Assist in maintaining operational records such as space counts, EV charging logs, and daily parker tracking. Support the Site Supervisor in preparing reports, reviewing incident documentation, and ensuring accuracy. Help maintain signage, ensure daily paperwork is completed, and assist with cash drop procedures. Step in to cover shifts when staff are absent or during peak periods, as directed by the Site Supervisor. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned to support the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Perform other duties as assigned byArea Manager Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (parking or related industry preferred). 2+ years of customer service experience. Familiarity with parking operations, transportation, or facility services is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet). Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. Reliable transportation to and from the site. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Drivers License required. Schedule Required ( Subject to change based on operational needs/Company demands)Sunday and Wednesday:
