This position is ideal for someone confident managing projects from start to finish, leading small crews, and delivering high-quality results in residential settings. Duties Manage remodel projects from demo to final walkthrough Lead and coordinate helpers, subcontractors, and vendors on-site Maintain clear and respectful communication with homeowners and the project manager Complete demo through finish, providing high quality work with daily communication with our foreman. Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to code Maintain a clean and professional job site Qualifications Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath remodels as well as general home remodels in all aspects. Strong knowledge of current building codes High-level knowledge of all trades involved in remodeling: framing (rough/finish), electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile, etc. Self-starter who can work independently and manage others Have a great attention to details.
