Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Health insurance We are a growing construction company seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with clients and subcontractors, and has a strong understanding of commercial construction processes. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project compliance Oversee subcontractor performance and jobsite progress Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Conduct regular site visits and project meetings Qualifications 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Proficiency with project management software (Plangrid preferred) Must be proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience with tenant improvements, retail, office, or industrial projects What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health benefits
