We specialize in the installation of high-quality fencing for public infrastructure projects across California and Nevada. Our company is built on integrity, performance, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Fencecorp, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee public works fencing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction project management, strong communication skills, and experience working on public works projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of public works fencing projects, from pre-construction planning to final close-out Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal crews to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports Monitor job-site progress and conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reports Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements and public works standards (preferred) Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required) Preferred Qualifications Experience using Procore construction management software Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM) Project Management Professional (PMP) training or certification Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar construction tools Experience with public works projects and prevailing wage requirements Work Environment Combination of office and field environment Regular travel to job sites required Work performed both indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsPay:
