We work across a wide range of industries including office, medical, healthcare, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, and financial institutions. Our projects range from fast-paced tenant improvements and occupied renovations to large-scale commercial build-outs and specialty projects. We are looking for a motivated Construction Superintendent who takes pride in leadership, organization, communication, and delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently. Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Southern California. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial construction environments and can effectively manage multiple trades, vendors, and field activities simultaneously. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed at all times Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material staging Communicate with project managers, clients, engineers, architects, and ownership Document daily reports, progress photos, RFIs, and field conditions Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally Manage punch lists and project closeouts Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Assist with project planning, logistics, and scheduling Support occupied renovations with minimal disruption to client operations Preferred Experience 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects Experience in office, medical, healthcare, retail, or industrial construction preferred Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and sequencing Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating multiple trades simultaneously Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage fast-track projects and deadlines OSHA 30 Certification preferred Valid California Driver's License required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Vehicle allowance / company vehicle opportunities Gas card Paid time off Paid holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Opportunity to help shape and grow a strong field operations team Why Join Brady Construction Group?
