We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction for our office located in Orange, California. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Develop project plans and define demolition and abatement scopes of work Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and activity sequencing Oversee and coordinate planned site activities, including utility shutdowns, hazardous material removal sequencing, structural demolition phases, waste disposal logistics, and subcontractor coordination Review project specifications, drawings, surveys, and hazardous materials reports prior to mobilization Track project budgets, labor costs, production costs, and overall financial performance Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements Manage and track change orders, extra work authorizations, and project billing Review and approve invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and disposal documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal office and field teams Lead project coordination efforts and provide schedule and progress updates Coordinate with environmental consultants, industrial hygienists, and regulatory agencies as required Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Obtain and manage permits, notifications, and required regulatory documentation Work with field leadership to ensure proper safety procedures, containment methods, and environmental controls are planned and implemented Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, containers, and labor resources Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and oversee setup of trucking, disposal facilities, and specialty vendors Ensure demolition and abatement work complies with project specifications, environmental requirements, and quality standards Maintain and oversee project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, change orders, and waste manifests through project closeout Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in project management within the demolition, environmental, or construction industry strongly preferred Working knowledge of hazardous materials abatement regulations, OSHA standards, and Cal/OSHA requirements Proficiency in project scheduling tools and Bluebeam preferred Strong understanding of construction contracts, change order processes, and cost tracking Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Pay:
$85,310.66 - $102,739.72 per year
