Palmdale, CA, 93543 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Working Site Lead to join our team in Palmdale, CA. The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive leader who can effectively manage daily site operations, coordinate schedules, and lead a team to ensure project success. Responsibilities Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet project deadlines. Maintain organized site operations, including tracking progress, materials, and personnel. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to address issues and provide updates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site. Identify and resolve any operational challenges promptly to minimize downtime. Qualifications High School Diploma 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance Proven experience as a site lead or similar leadership role. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Excellent team leadership and communication abilities. Hard-working and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety standards and site management best practices.
